The life of a parish includes much more than Sunday worship.  We have a life together growing, learning, reaching out and caring for one another.  We celebrate the presence of God in, with and for us – whether urging us forward in our journey or to be still.  A portion of our life together is about rejoicing in blessings given to us and celebrating our life together.  Joy is essential to healthy community life.

From time to time, we have Sunday potluck meals together.  Once or twice a year we worship in a nearby park on the Mississippi.  Other traditions include a community soup supper during the Muscatine Holiday Stroll and a Shrove Tuesday community pancake supper on the evening before Lent begins.

We also have spontaneous fun events like game night, hot dog hoopla, bags-beer-brats, and exciting gatherings.
