About Baptism in The Episcopal Church

Holy Baptism is the sacrament of Christian initiation into the community of God and God’s people.  The Episcopal Church welcomes persons of all ages who have not previously been baptized to be buried with Christ and experience new life in God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  There are five specific days of the church year particularly appropriate for baptism, though baptism can be celebrated at other times.  The sacrament is always done in the context of the gathered community on Sunday.  For further information, contact the rector.
